PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT

This statement is provided according to article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Italian Personal Data Protection Code. Enrica Crivello's newsletter is emailed to those who specifically require it by filling in the form on the “Newsletter” page and authorise ORDO S.r.l. to process his/her personal details. Providing data is optional. Data must be provided in order to receive the newsletter. 
PROCESSING PURPOSES
Personal data provided by the users are exclusively used for sending the newsletter and will not be disclosed to third parties.
DATA PROCESSING PROCEDURE
Collected data are processed with information technology tools. Adequate security measures are taken in order to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorised access.
DETAIL DISCLOSURE AND THEIR TRANSFER ABROAD
The newsletter is managed on the MailChimp® platform, property of Rocket Science Group company, LLC, based in the U.S.A., which endorses the so-called “Safe Harbor” agreement, which imposes on it the personal data protection level equivalent to the standards required by Data Protection Authorities in EU countries. The above company will process the details of the concerned parties as an independent Data Controller, in compliance with the aforementioned standards (see statement). For any doubt or clarification, the concerned party can directly contact Rocket Science Group, LLC, Mailchimp Privacy Department, 512 Means St., Suite 404, Atlanta, Georgia 30318. Should detail disclosure and transfer as specified above be denied, it will be impossible to provide the newsletter service.

RIGHTS OF THE CONCERNED PARTIES
The parties to whom the personal data refer are entitled, at any time, to obtain confirmation as to whether or not such data exist, and to be informed about their content and source, to check their accuracy or request their integration, updating or amendment (art. 7 of Italian Personal Data Protection Code). Pursuant to the same article, they also have the right to require cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or data freeze for unlawfully processed data, as well as to object in any event, on legitimate grounds, to their processing. Requests must be sent to: info@ordo.it
